In this new condition that we all experience, taking into account the new safety measures and health protocols, we have taken care to adopt additional precautionary measures to provide a safe environment for the accommodation of visitors and the individual protection of our team members.

Our staff consists of a few and specific people, properly trained and fully equipped.

We have adapted the operation of our hotel and we are ready to host you safely and meet your high requirements.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES

Every day we disinfect the hotel area as a whole.
We make sure that all areas of the hotel are available alcoholic antiseptic solutions certified by EOF with high virulence action
Each member of our staff has personal protective equipment (PPE) and has received special training in order to follow all the procedures of hygiene and protection.
The health of our team members is closely monitored with thermometric tests

 

MEASURES ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Extension of arrival and departure duration between stays. Our arrivals now take place at 3 p.m. while departures until 11 a.m. to ensure proper cleanliness and disinfection, as well as adequate natural ventilation of the space
We limit overcrowding and congruence in the Reception.
Arrival and departure will be made periodically at different times avoiding synchronization.
Room keys are disinfected using an approved disinfectant.

 

ADDITIONAL MEASURES IN THE ROOMS

We have adopted a very strict cleaning and disinfection regime in all rooms and staff areas.

Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with bleach solution and ethanol solution prior to arrival. We pay special attention to the following surfaces:

Knobs, refrigerator and drawer handles
Work desk, nightstands, chairs and lamps
Light switches and thermostat
Curtains
Wardrobes and clothes hangers
TV and remote control
Hairdryer
Waste bins
Shower / tub and soap dispenser
Water glasses
Luggage compartment

 

CLEANLINESS

At Ellopia, our main concern has always been and is the meticulous cleanliness of the premises. In this agreement, wanting to ensure your comfort and safety, cleaning services will be provided based on the new protocol set by law.

Frequent cleaning of the room during the stay only at the request of the guest. Abolition of daily change of clothing and towels, except at the request of the customer.

In case the staff needs to enter the rooms, you will be done using antiseptic and observing all the necessary precautionary measures (mask, gloves and disposable apron).
